I knew someone who was a lawyer for one of the artifical sweetners who refused to drink or eat anything with artifical sweetners. I asked him why he wouldn't use his compaies product, or anything similar, and he said he had a good idea about what law suits were coming down the pike. After that I decided that it would be better to work out a bit more and take in the extra calories from natural sugar or just avoid the products using that crap all together.

Give me the extra calories in a Coke over whatever the hell they put in the Zero, Max, and diet products. I don't trust that crap. Then again, I try and limit my soft drink consumption to a few helpings a week.

Tea is a wonderful replacement for me.
