Please, consider contributing them (the raw scans, if you don't want to lose the books, which you probably don't) to Distributed Proofreaders. They will make their best to create nice ebooks, well formatted and proofread (with illustrations and everything), and upload them to Project Gutenberg for everyone to enjoy. It can take a long time for the whole process, though, so you may want to create the ebooks yourself too.
