I just got a Kindle 3 about four days ago. Love it so far.

One complaint: I usually read on the smallest font, and the pages usually transition in maybe 1 second, but at night I like to increase the font size once, which makes the page turn take 2-3 seconds. For the first 5-6 font sizes this trend continues of faster/slower turning.

Is this normal? I've experimented on a few different books (and even the Amazon Welcome file) and this seems to be standard on my device. I'm wondering if I got a buggy unit or if this is to be expected (if so, why?)?

If relevant: v3.0.2 (not jailbroken) with WiFi.
