I've just signed up. I'm not in Warwickshire either, but very close, in the West Midlands. The hardest part of filling the form was choosing "my local library" from the list which didn't contain a library anywhere near me. It wouldn't allow just writing in the name, you have to select from the drop-down. Ho hum.
