And the person that does not want to do the illegal thing and ends up with a reader they can not use without breaking the law, was then reasonable challenged in your terms of speaking???

Ah, this is very interesting. I said, in their country it might be illegal. So either your aformentioned attorneys gave you information of every country in the world or you are just talking about your little corner of the world... Let me guess, it's the last.
