I Totally agree, the 1 click agreements are not legally binding. As a joke some of them have you agree to give them your eternal soul, or some other fictional thing as a joke. They can put anything in there without a law to back them up.
They will never sue over someone removing drm for personal use, so it will always be a grey area.
