I may have to be kicked out of the club soon... I am highly considering getting a Samsung Intercept (Android 2.1) or a LG Optimus V (Andriod 2.2) with Virgin Mobile service.

This is the first smart phone with what I consider a reasonable rate.... the $25 a month pre-paid (yes $25 a month total includes all taxes and fees) for unlimited data and messaging and 300 anytime talk minutes.

My kids have the Samsung, they got them for Christmas and they seem to like them. Anyone have an suggestion on which one would be better? I like the idea of the physical keyboard on the Samsung... but the newer version of Andriod might be better. Does anyone know if the Samsung Intercet can be upgraded?
