I do love that place. The food is good, it is in no way authentic but it is good. They serve tea in a civilized manner. Best of all, we can bring the dogs with us when the weather is nice.

there. I see the light. To day to have my gunpowder tea with lunch I had to go up and down like a fool. I was brewing a small cup at the time and resteeping.
To night I will use a regular teapot and a paper bag. Tuesday I'll buy a steel infuser.
There is only one dim sum place in Milano. It opened few months ago. It is in that degenerate neighborhood near via Como, that when you were here was not in fashion yet, maybe. Probably excessively expensive ... far from where I work, forget it.
