No, that would be the wrong conclusion.
A four year old child cannot beat Kasparov at chess, but Deep Blue can.
You can read a Winnie the Pooh tale to a four year old child and after that he will be able to answer some simple questions about it. But if you give the tale to a computer as powerful as Deep Blue, it will not be able to answer the same questions.
So, is understanding a Winnie the Pooh tale harder than beating Kasparov at chess?
