I got my invite recently. However i am failing to see whats so special about it. Feels somewhat like an over-hyped, mediocre movie.

Not wanting to nitpick, but most devices dont have a global service. So its not really a new thing or a deal breaker.

I have a Dell Streak with 2 yr warranty, but none outside of UK.
None of the DSLRs come with gobal warranty(maybe only Pentax).
I am pretty sure this is so for most of the tablets(except kindle/ipad) and laptops(except Dell-pay extra/Apple).
