My best advice is to try to target your ideal reader as narrowly as possible.

You want:
- people who read
- people who read ebooks
- people who have specific ereaders? (kindles, nooks, etc)
- people who read specific genres? (romance, western, fantasy, etc)

The more accurately you target your readers, the better return on investment you'll see. Try to find sites that cater to exactly the right readers for your book.
