The writing on your new 'Japanese' cup.... it's Chinese. I had my wife double check for me, as the Japanese do use many Chinese characters that they 'borrowed' when making their written language, but the one's on your new cup are definitely Chinese. Sorry.

It is not new. It was in the house, left there by some of my previous or actual wifes. I am glad to know that it is not Japanese. this gives me such a good excuse to by some Japanese one. Modern, by all means. Please bring to your kind wife my most sincere thanks.
