I'm trying. Yesterday, at the sushi place, I didn't have any shrimp and only one piece of squid. All the rest were fishies.
Each morning I'm only eating humas, rice, muesli, miso soup, etc., and for dinners 99% veggie. I'll throw some chicken and fish in there during this week. No meat, no eggs, no cheeses, checking everything for its cholesterol numbers... which really bugs me because all the other parts of me check out as perfect. If my body is so healthy, why do I need to worry about numbers?
