As one 60 year old to another, sometimes the gray matter gets a bit sluggish. Like with chess. I actually do play Scrabble on my Kindle, if I am waiting for an appointment and can't get into a book. But chess... I'm not so sure. I always enjoyed playing with my son, and enjoyed it as a social thing. I haven't yet played a single game on the Kindle, yet I may, as you suggest, have to suffer the dire consequences of having acquired it through skulduggery. I'm like a child with a toy -- can't resist playing with my Kindle, from all of the hacks to Duokan, etc. That, and I have a pretty large library of great literature, from Shakespeare to Hilary Mantel. I hope I'll be sitting on the porch reading an ereader (certainly not this one!) at 90! And I hope you are, too, old man.
