I thought of that... but...
In order to get a really good steak here, you need to get something like Kobe beef. That is always served pre-sliced into bite-sized pieces, and usually cooked right at the table as you eat it, slice by slice. Tasty, but not what I want for a celebration.
If I could get a good T-bone, or Porterhouse, I'd go for it. Unfortunately, they don't serve those cuts. They do serve Fillet Mignon, but it's usually the size of a woman's small powder compact. I need more food!
But what am I limiting?
