Would just like to close out this story =)

I sent my PB360 out for repair 2 weeks ago, and just got it back today.

Only cost me shipping to the repair center, and they did a very quick turn around and mail back out.

Thank you Pocket-Book.

This is some of the best customer service I have had on a warrenty repair ever. Not to mention a great warrenty period ( 2 years ).

thank you again... im back to reading and enjoying my ereader of choice =)
