I'm usually not good at following instructions regarding brewing times but I thought: I spend all this money on fancy tea, I might as well do it right. So I set a timer. I'm sipping it as I'm typing this. It has a pretty interesting flavour. Not really what I thought it would taste like, but it's good.

Unfortunately, my brother and sister are coming over for dinner in about 15 minutes. So I'll probably won't get the chance to try the rest tonight. But tomorrow, definitely!

Enjoy! The rooibos and black teas are less sensitive then the green and white teas. Just so you know.
