I tried out two of the advices I got yesterday from the lady of the tea shop. It is about brewing gunpowder. I put the hot water in the cup, so it cooled down. I put the tea in the brewing cup (that what I use at home). added the water from the cup, waited 2 minutes and passed the tea through a fine mesh colander, careful to strain all the tea. Keep the leaves for a second steep. No washing.
the second cup is richer in taste and in color, slightly bitter and just a bit tangy.
