I renewed during the same deal. I also wish I'd grabed a much longer subscription on the magazines at the time, but if I wait for coupons, I've actually been coming out a head (so far). I didn't cancel mine during the debacle, but have greatly reduced spending there (good for my pocketbook, not so good for them) since then.
