Well thanks for all your messages...
Well I'm lucky in that my maternal language is English but I speak fluent French and so for troubleshooting I can look for solutions in both...and really there is no real help info.
I do have to say that if you contact Bookeen they are very helpful but rarely with ample technical info. If you are an English speaker I have also noticed that the English side of their site is less informative too...with a few corking translation errors :-)
My husband has the Opus and he seems to have had less issues...but as I said we are both very happy with our readers....
