Eggplants are a very popular veggie here, and zucchini almost rare, so ours is mostly eggplant, onion, and tomato. I love it will extra olive oil (slutty rather than virgin as the olive taste is stronger) over Italian bread!

I've been going through a photo feature in the Chicago Tribune online. Now I'm craving a fried shrimp po'boy with coleslaw. NO idea why. I mean I like all the ingredients, but this isn't a usual craving for me. I'd take catfish too...
