Hi JSWolf,
I have both a MOBI and an EPUB format of the book. I've added the epub to the reader via both the Sony Reader library and calibre and both have had the same issue. We use a Mac.
I just downloaded the calibre so should have the most up to date version. I tried converting the mobi to epub with calibre and have the problem still.
