Quite an important one. It is entirely possible that I could be out of work on my return. My role at work was made redundant exactly a year ago. Since then I have been seconded to a different team - the length of that initial secondment was one year.

a) the team I am seconded to continues its work
b) if it does, whether I am still needed / wanted on the team
Tomorrow I have a meeting with our Managing Director and on Thursday with our HR Director. These two meetings should decide my fate  Options are;
a) Team continues and I continue on it
b) Team doesn't continue, or I'm not wanted on it any more but another role is found for me
c) I'm given my notice

Just an update for anybody who is interested. The MD made a decision; to make a decision in 3 months
So I'm still in limbo; but, on the bright side, I'm employed for at least another 6 months (that 3 months + 3 months notice period).
