no, the argument is the opposite, to paraphrase your simplistic analogy. 'I bought some tech (DXG) and then 5 weeks later some cheaper tech (K3) was released with better features and more regular updates and support'. moreover 'the difference in features is mainly software based and therefore easily fixable, yet nothing has been done'
that is a valid customer services complaint my friend, that clearly hasn't impacted you or else you wouldn't be in here defending lacklustre customer services.
