Saying I want to turn a book into a movie is a bit misleading. What I mean is that there are a variety of different presentation applications as well as some very creative use of Flash, Java, etc. in presenting a mixture of text with image.
Every day I go online I discover some new application or design feature.
The "vook" concept happens to be just one of those kinds of applications that reveal there are many new ways to "read". And the vook really does come close to turning a book into a movie, actually.
