Hi! Please, suggest any converter from DJVU, which output file will be the most comfortable for reading in lanscape.
( I've tried pdflrf, but I can't give a value for the width larger than 600 ( I want 800 ) and there is no option to "fit in 2x width". Any other coverter I know is not able to cut images throw the pages )
