I drink about 2 liters of water every day, some orange juice in the morning, and 4 to 5 large mugs of tea. Then a cup of warm milk in the evening before bed. So that would be about 3 to 4 liters of 'fluids' every day. On the days I go jogging, I drink about 0.5 liters of water extra.

I had a discussion about this with a friend a while ago. Just the fact that women say: 'it's okay honey, size doesn't matter' is proof enough that size DOES matter. Wait, weren't we talking about tea ?
Fifth day without coffee, and still going strong. Cup of green tea orange. I'll have to go out to buy one of those breakfast teas you guys keep talking about.
