I'd make sure to connect and do a
[Home] -> [menu] -> [sync and check for new items]
before looking for page numbers.
They say 10s of thousands are already done... plus all of the top 100 best sellers.
I see some that have them now, like the books in G.R.R. Martin's
Song of Ice and Fire series, and some that don't.
I expect they'll put a rush on best sellers and anything aimed at academic use.
