I just finished installing the update about 20 minutes ago and I like it. The page numbers are nice for the books that I'm using in class.
I could be mistaken, but the Kindle seems a little snappier at moving around and opening books as well. In fact I just gave the web browser a spin and even that feels like it's loading faster. I guess it could just be a placebo effect, but it sure seems like it's snappier.
