From looking at the contents of the patch itself, they've changed the Mobi/AZW/Topaz reader (see Amazon site - Journal, page numbers, public notes and "Before You Go" book rating), PDF reader, image viewer, browser, indexing, graphics including GUI libraries, audio, power management, WiFi driver and support files, eInk driver and USB driver.

Its still a massive collection of patches so not a complete firmware image. Its significantly bigger this time because its got quite a lot of patches from previous firmware versions. There is a patch from 550570115 as well which is odd as I can't find any mention of that firmware by anybody at all.
