I've had some
VERY good Mexican food, but here in Pennsylvania "Mexican food" seems to mean "something wrapped in a flour tortilla with some kind of sauce on top".
What I had, and made was first experienced at
La Paloma. Looking at the menu I can see that they no longer have it. It looks very much like this from
Lesley's Recipe Archive;
Sad Note: The Filipino restaurant "Manila Bay" has closed it's doors.
