The short answer is you can't.
I have two solutions:
a) Download the image and upload it as an attachment.
b) Download the image. Resize it. Upload it to a free hosting service (like ImageShack). Use the URL.

I think it's easier to just find another photo, unless I really want to use that photo. Eh... I dunno... I need steak so I can think.
