BTW, Norton wants to know if he can have the cheese you're not eating on the other five days.
He will have to fight Mr M for it, but OK

He always freaks out when a visitor arrives and scrambles to find one of his toys in the hopes they'll play with him. And he always goes crazy when I return from a long trip, such as when I take out the garbage or check the mailbox.

Yeah, I love him!
If you run up and jump every time a visitor comes, then wiggle your body and follow them around wiggling etc etc you too could stay trim!

Bread(especially wholemeal) is on the good list, but biscuits, pastry, pies, pasties, cakes, doughnuts, bread with cheese and ham toppings - are specifically on the avoid list. along with chocolate

I think doing that once or twice a day, followed by spontaneous cat chasing will keep us all fit!! Or really tick off our animals

It adds some flavour in your brain! Anyway if it is buttery it will be on my avoid list Hand me some of the white stuff!
