			The Kobo reader customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.  When I purchase books but they do not appear on my e-reader.  Calls to customer service have been met with "I'm moving this problem to a tier two; someone will contact you"  Well I'm STILL waiting.  No wonder people buy Kindles.
