I will admit that the Bialetti stovetop coffee maker does make any coffee much better than a drip maker would, but once you try the Lavazza you very likely won't go back to any other coffee.

I think that the Bialetti can be used on a ceramic cooktop, just use a lower setting and keep watch during the entire brew process...
