That's what it was for me as well: a complete life style change. Change the way you eat. Change the way you think about food. Change the way in which you treat your own body. Exercise a lot more.
The heart attack must have been really scary! I'm glad he's on the mend

If you've changed your eating habits, keeping the weight off should be no problem. Just don't go back to the way you ate before the diet. Well, you can have a piece of chocolate every now and then. Two if you're good
