If you have already got an ADE authorisation setup then you should use the same user ID and password etc on your new PC... if you change them then you lose access to items already purchased, that's why you have (well, we're stuck with) the ADE DRM system, it initially allows up to six devices to authorised for an account... you DON'T set up a new ADE ID etc just because you bought a new computer...
