We have just got a new pc and today attached the sony prs505 to it and tried to download books to it.
I have adobe digital editions and my pc is windows 7.
First my ereader is not showing in adobe digital editions then when i have authorised the account it is not letting me download books down it because it says E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
Does the email and password need to be exactly the same as from WHSMITH website where the books are coming from.
I'm so confused have we spent money on books we cannot use and why is the ereader not showing on digital editions.
What can I do please will somebody help me
