It doesn't with the UK pricing. We have:
Standard CyBook: £245
Standard CyBook with 24 books: £262
Deluxe CyBook: £315
Deluxe Cybook with 24 books: £321
ie, the 24 books cost £17 (71p each) with the basic CyBook, but only £6 (25p each) with the deluxe Cybook.
Sounds like a good deal if you read French books - especially the deluxe deal.
