Can I count myself more than once? I got the Kindle 2 in Nov 2009, the Kobo in May 2010 and the Kindle 3 in Sep 2010. Technically, I gave the Kindle 2 to my husband but he's read only a little on it and it's up to me to keep it charged (but on holidays he insists it gets packed).
I have taken the time to show folks at the office (I have taken the Kindle 3 in specifically to showcase it) and at a gathering in our home; not sure if those resulted in converts. If you could borrow library books directly over wifi with a Kobo ... I'd have a few more on my list I am sure.
And then there is my long-term friend from grade school; he's a convert thanks to me.
So, maybe 2.5? With one more on the cusp of things?
