I love my e-reader and try to convey that enthusiasm to anyone I know who is a book lover. I try to point out that it isn't either/or. It's not like you are going to stop reading traditional books. But the convenience of e-books is too great not to at least try an e-reader. Still, resistance is strong and in Europe the e-reader thing seems to be a little slower to catch on, at least so my European friends tell me.

I avoid product wars. Sure, I have a Nook, but I also know that choosing a Kindle or a Sony will make more sense for lots of people. As an e-book writer, I don't care what e-book reader you have, just so you have one.
