INterestingly, there was an article in the Journal of Periodontology that said that drinkers of green tea had significantly less gum disease than those who didn't drink it, which is in addition to its lowering cholesterol and weight control benefits.

We're beginning to realise we drink far too much coffee (always black, organic; rarely anywhere but at home).
