My wife is the coffee drinker in our family, and her favorite is Balinese double roasted coffee that we can only buy on the island.
The beans are roasted, ground, then roasted and ground a second time creating a very fine coffee powder. She says that it's not at all what she would call strong, but instead, it's extremely flavorful. She says when she takes the first sip, it shouts
COFFEE! at her!
Unfortunately, this coffee isn't exported, and attempts to roast and grind it at home just don't seem to work.
