I'm reasonably intelligent, but
I need help with my Christmas present--an Augen The Book. I purchased a book in ePub format, got it downloaded to the reader, but when I click on it it says Unsupport Format. The Augen manual and website are useless. Their support staff is never there. I'm frustrated.
