Stop auto-start of Reader Library

Before, all that was necessary was removing Sony Reader Library from the MSCONFIG startup so that it would NOT automatically start when the ereader is tethered to the USB port.

I have removed Reader Library from MSCONFIG startup on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit PC; however, when I plug in my ereader, Sony Reader Library still starts up automatically.

Can anyone suggest how to easily avoid this automatic startup of Reader Library?

Thanks!
