Amazon's market share is something a lot of people forget when they quote the retailer's figures on ebook sales. Having said that, I have no doubt the sales of ebooks will grow as ereaders become more popular, particularly outside the US.
It's an interesting discussion and one I'll watch closely in the future. As both a reader and a writer I have a deep interest in the way books will be delivered to the public. It's certainly an exciting time for all of us in the biz.
