It turns out this is what I had been trying in the first place and it didn't work. It converted the ToC page but the links to chapters were dead. Maybe it's the way that the site is organized? Here is the
site, in case anyone wants to look into it. If I can't get it figured out this afternoon I'll just copy and paste into a text document and convert that.
