Converting LIT to RTF now seems to work again, except for the formatting problems when opening in Atlantis.
Converting an ePub to RTF still crashes though.
If I use the same options to convert the ePub to an RTF, that I used for the LIT to RTF, it did not crash. Only after turning the usual hueristic options on/off did it crash.
