Sencha! The first Sencha of my life (sentient) .
I fixed myself a funny lunch, made of fresh steamed spinach (so lightly buttered) and butter fried slices of roe. what to drink? tea. I had a intact paper bag of Sencha! brewed in a design Japanese teapot that I got with the points of the market and drunk in one tiny Chinese thing with rice grains in the porcelain that I use for olive pits. Good? Nice accompaniment of my meal. Actually perfect. Long leaves. Yellowish. Pleasant. I will study it by itself now that we know each other.
