Zum besseren Grundverständnis:

Ein verlinktes Inhaltsverzeichnis in HTML ist für ePub und PRC überflüssig. Sigil und calibre erkennen die Überschriften im Fließtext als Kapitelansteuerung automatisch, und im Mobipocket Creator muss man nur sagen, nach welchen Steuerzeichen er suchen soll.

Ein klassisches Inhaltsverzeichnis am Anfang des Textes brauchst du also nicht.
